Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 June 2026 · Effective on publication.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of SelemOS. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your business ("you"). The service is provided by [INSERT ENTITY], ABN [INSERT].

2. The service

SelemOS provides revenue-infrastructure software: AI-assisted reception, triage, quoting, scheduling, dispatch, follow-up and reporting. Features are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and may change. Some capabilities depend on third-party connections you enable (telephony, messaging, payments).

3. AI & delegated authority

SelemOS uses AI to assist your business within authority limits you control. AI may draft, recommend and — where you permit — take bounded actions; high-risk, high-value or irreversible actions require human approval. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs (quotes, messages, bookings) and for the decisions you act on. AI output may contain errors; it does not constitute professional, legal, financial or safety advice.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Use the service lawfully and only for your own business.
  • Obtain any consents required to record calls, message customers, and process their data (see our Privacy Policy).
  • Hold the licences, registrations and insurances your trade requires — SelemOS does not verify these.
  • Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe on the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Payments your business takes from its customers through SelemOS are processed by Stripe and settle to your connected account — SelemOS is not a party to those transactions.

6. Data

You retain ownership of your data. We process it per the Privacy Policy and to provide the service. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to operate and improve the service.

7. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, or misuse.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [INSERT STATE], Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction.

⚠️ Draft for legal review. A good-faith starting point, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by qualified Australian counsel and complete all [INSERT] placeholders before relying on it.
